New! Teaching Portfolio

Over the past eighteen months, I have worked intensively with Columbia University’s Center for Teaching and Learning to complete the Advanced Track of their Teaching Development Program. It’s been far more than a box-ticking exercise; my thinking and practice about pedagogy and inclusive methods have changed radically in that time and supported tremendous growth (at least, I think so in retrospect) in my classrooms and for my intentionality and motivations as an instructor.

One of the requirements for completing the Track is to assemble a comprehensive digital teaching portfolio – so, here it is! There you will find more professional information about me, selected testimonials from my many students, and reflections on observations, events, and teaching philosophies galore.
